100% alpaca fiber from Pilar, one of our first alpacas. Alpaca fiber is about 5x warmer than wool, ensuring anything you make from it will keep you warm throughout Minnesota's winter. Pilar's coloring is technically "dark silver gray" due to the presence of white hairs throughout her coat; however, this doesn't come through in the finished fiber. Our fiber is sold by the ounce.
